For auction is a Patek Philippe Ref 1578 manual winding 35mm spider lugs yellow gold caliber 12-400 manual winding exclamation dial. The Good: 1. A great case and a great dial. Wegner made case is in overall exceptional condition and the exclamation dial with enamel text is equally great. Maybe the nicest ref. 1578 in the market. 2.Working and functioning correctly, +11 seconds per day and +260 amplitude. 3. The exclamation point dial is among the rarest variation of a 1578 dial and its in a very fine condition. 4. Just an all around terrific oversized Calatrava. The Bad: 1. Watch only.
