For auction is a 1994 Breguet Marine Ref. 3460 Mother of Pearl Guilloche silver dial 36mm automatic. The Good: 1. It appears to have been part of a collection and worn very little and then put away; there is no discernible wear on the strap and the watch itself is super clean. 2. The Mother of Pearl Guilloche is remarkable. Its engine turned and then a layer of MOP is added. Its elegant and gorgeous and is only additive to the underlying gorgeous Marine chrono dial. The subtle diamond markers kick it up a notch. 3. Strap is WILD! Gorgeous and specific to this model and looks like new. And incredible find and it truly makes it nicer and easier to wear than the gold bracelet versions. 4. Working and functioning correctly, -5 seconds per day and +176 amplitude. 5. The hype train never really settled on 1990's Breguet but is absolutely should of. A big part of what drives that hype train is watches being undervalued, or in some instances outright dogmeat. I look at people putting big number on 1990's Blancpain that are small and uninspiring and I chuckle. 1990's Breguet are the superior pieces, its more that they were never undervalued: they were always desired and have generally always had strong prices. But within the current landscape of a lot of overpriced stuff they are interesting and offer a ton of neo-vintage quality from darker horological days. The Bad: 1. Only that it is watch only, its quite the unbelievable time capsule.

Condition: 93% (9.3 of 10): very nice condition that appears to only have superficial wear, working and functioning correctly
