For auction is a 1950s Vacheron & Constantin Ref 4570 38mm jumbo pink gold spider lugs caliber P453/3B manual winding. The Good: 1. Rare and desirable reference: Jumbo sized spider lugs with 18k rose gold case by esteemed casemaker Antoine Gerlach in very nice condition. 2. Working and functioning correctly, +8 seconds per day and +300 amplitude. 3. Raised enamel on the signature. The Bad: 1. Watch only. 2. Dial has been re-lacquered, likely by Vacheron. This is similar to what Patek does; it looks great and fresh and dial is still totally original.
